About SANMA
SANMA is a relief and development organization that brings hope to the defenseless children and underprivileged families in rural south Asia through enhancing literacy, health, and agricultural productivity.
What we do? SANMA recruits and trains Community Educators who educate and build up each village according to the specific needs of the village. Our regional training centers prepare an educational plan based on a template that is designed by highly qualified educational professionals experienced in rural development. Based on the specific need of the village special emphasis is given to programs such as Read India, Healthy Village, and Farm India.
International Voluntary Service Activities
Our volunteers help in various aspects of the projects such as preserving water sources clean, repairing/ building community education centers for remote villages and teaching at public schools.
We have had volunteers from the U.S., Canada, and the Netherlands in the past 12 months.
